About

Our Board is more than a group of names on paper ... it’s a creative team in its own right. Each member brings not only professional expertise but also a deep creative practice that informs how we shape (B³). Together, they embody the spirit of remixing ... blending law, storytelling, games, and community building into something greater.

Why It Matters
At (B³), our mission and our leadership intertwine. We are not only building programs — we’re modeling a way of being where creativity and practicality coexist. Just as our workshops remix beats, boards, and brushes, our Board remixes their own diverse talents to create a platform where every voice and narrative can be amplified.

About Our Creatives
Meet Heavy Crownz
Born and raised in Englewood on Chicago’s South Side, Heavy Crownz (often called “Farmer Crownz”) is more than a rapper — he is a cultivator of growth in every sense. As a hip-hop artist, he has released a powerful body of work including The World Is Heavy, the “Finding” album trilogy, Whole Lotta Seedz, and Branched Out! with producer Kid Breeze. His catalog blends soulful production with uplifting lyricism, earning him recognition from NPR’s Vocalo Radio, the Chicago Reader, and iLLANOiZE as one of Chicago’s most intentional and inspiring voices in hip-hop.
